If you play Ticket to Ride, keeping track of your final score can take time. Our Ticket to Ride Calculator makes this process quick and simple. We developed this calculator so users can easily calculate their Ticket to Ride score from claimed routes, completed tickets, failed tickets, and the Longest Continuous Path bonus.
This free online calculator uses the standard route scoring values built into the calculator. You only need to enter your route lengths, route quantities, and Destination Ticket values. The calculator then gives your final score.
A Ticket to Ride calculator is an online scoring tool for the Ticket to Ride board game. It calculates points from train routes and Destination Tickets.
The calculator also includes the 10-point Longest Continuous Path bonus. This makes it useful for checking your Ticket to Ride score without doing the math by hand.
The calculator uses a fixed route-length scoring table.
A 1-train route gives 1 point. A 2-train route gives 2 points. A 3-train route gives 4 points. A 4-train route gives 7 points. A 5-train route gives 10 points. A 6-train route gives 15 points.
The route calculation is:
Route Subtotal = Points Per Route × Number of Routes
Then:
Total Route Score = Sum of All Route Subtotals
Destination Ticket scoring is:
Ticket Score = Completed Ticket Points − Failed Ticket Points
The Longest Continuous Path bonus is 10 points when selected in the calculator. Otherwise, it is 0.
The final Ticket to Ride score formula is:
Final Score = Total Route Score + Ticket Score + Longest Path Bonus
Or:
Final Score = Route Score + Completed Tickets − Failed Tickets + Longest Path Bonus
Select the length of each train route you claimed. The calculator accepts routes from 1 to 6 trains.
Enter how many routes have that same length. The calculator multiplies the route points by the quantity.
Enter the point value printed on each Destination Ticket. Mark each ticket as completed or failed.
If you earned the Longest Continuous Path bonus, select the checkbox. The calculator adds 10 points.
Click the calculate button. The calculator adds your route score, ticket score, and applicable bonus to show your final Ticket to Ride score.
Suppose you have two 2-train routes, one 3-train route, one 4-train route, and one 6-train route.
Your route score is:
(2 × 2) + (1 × 4) + (1 × 7) + (1 × 15) = 30 points
Now suppose you completed Destination Tickets worth 8, 10, and 12 points.
Completed Tickets = 8 + 10 + 12 = 30
You also failed an 11-point ticket.
Ticket Score = 30 − 11 = 19 points
If you earned the Longest Continuous Path bonus:
Longest Path Bonus = 10 points
Therefore:
Final Score = 30 + 19 + 10 = 59 points
Your final Ticket to Ride score is 59 points.
The Ticket to Ride Calculator provides a fast way to calculate your game score. It handles route points, completed Destination Tickets, failed tickets, and the Longest Continuous Path bonus in one calculation. Whether you need a Ticket to Ride calculator free online or want to check your score after a game, this tool removes manual calculation and gives a clear final result.
Add your route points, add completed Destination Ticket points, subtract failed Destination Ticket points, and add 10 points if the Longest Continuous Path bonus applies.
A 6-train route is worth 15 points in the scoring table used by this calculator.
A 4-train route is worth 7 points.
The calculator adds a 10-point bonus when the Longest Continuous Path option is selected.
It can be described as a train route scoring calculator, but its purpose is specifically to calculate Ticket to Ride game scores.
