The complete formula is:
Max Weighted Pullup = (Body Weight + Added Weight) × (1 + Reps ÷ 30) − Body Weight
For example, if you weigh 80 kg and do 5 pull-ups with 20 kg added, your total load is 100 kg. The estimated total 1RM is 116.67 kg. After removing your 80 kg body weight, your estimated max added weight is 36.67 kg.
This formula gives an estimated weighted pull-up one rep max. It isn't a guaranteed true 1RM.
